Full Home Furnishing

For clients who have a complete space but need some guidance striking the balance between beauty and function and creating a cohesive feel, Stellar offers standalone furnishing and styling services. We select, source, receive, deliver, and install the elements that turn house into home.

Renovations and Remodeling

Transforming a home can be an overwhelming experience. Our team partners with clients to hone in on their vision for how their new home should look and feel. We collaborate with architects and builders to create a seamless experience, including hard surface selections, lighting plans, bespoke cabinetry, and more.

Over the course of our years in business, we have developed an efficient 12-step process that is the cornerstone of our work. We value our clients' time and investment and prioritize connection and transparency throughout each project. Each phase is an intentional step toward your home's highest potential.

Project phase one: design

The journey of every project commences with a personalized consultation. Following the endorsement of our preliminary proposal, the formalization of agreements, the settlement of the retainer, and the completion of client assignments, our attention shifts to the imaginative process of envisioning and selecting each component. A Discovery Meeting is arranged, during which we conduct in-person assessments and capture photographic evidence on-site. Subsequently, we embark on gathering creative inspiration and assembling ideas. As our foundational concepts begin to crystallize, we assemble an array of material samples, sketches, and furniture options into a comprehensive, interactive presentation. This serves to offer a tangible and visual experience, allowing you to truly envisage the ambiance and functionality of your forthcoming home.

Project phase three: installation

This is the exciting stage where your vision becomes a reality! After construction or renovation is wrapped up, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of your new or refreshed home to identify any pending tasks. Following this, we arrange a day for our team to deliver and meticulously arrange your furnishings and decor. Upon completion, we invite you back to your home for a final inspection to gather your input. Any remaining concerns are promptly addressed, leading to a conclusive budget discussion to officially complete the project. The celebration of a job well done culminates in sending you off to relish your transformed sanctuary, equipped with a guide for care and maintenance.

Project phase two: ordering

Once the design for your home is complete, we proceed to acquire the materials, fabrics, design components, fixtures, and furniture we have chosen. This stage extends beyond mere procurement. Our Procurement Manager monitors the delivery schedules, liaises with our receiving warehouse to arrange deliveries, checks that every piece meets our standards, and organizes the pre-installation assembly of furniture. Concurrently, we reassess your budget and provide you with updates, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the overall financial commitment anticipated.
